Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to take the lead in the field? Join our growing team as an Insulation Project Manager—a role that combines leadership, technical skill, and fieldwork in homes throughout San Diego. What You’ll Do: • Manage and support insulation, rodent proofing, and attic cleanup projects • Oversee crew performance and ensure high-quality standards Job Requirements & Physical Demands • Comfortable working in confined spaces such as attics and crawlspaces, including areas with low clearance and limited floor space. • Able to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and perform in warm or hot conditions for extended periods. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • Strong communication and organizational skills. • Previous experience in insulation, HVAC, or construction is preferred but not required. This is a physically active role that requires efficiency, safety awareness, and adaptability when working in challenging environments.
