Workday HRIS Analyst Candidates requiring current or future sponsorship will not be considered. We’re looking for a Workday HRIS Analyst to lead system configuration, optimization, and support across multiple HR modules. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving processes, solving complex system issues, and partnering with HR and IT to enhance Workday’s impact across the organization. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the Workday subject matter expert and primary system administrator. • Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday modules aligned with business needs. • Lead Workday projects, implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Troubleshoot issues, support end users, and provide training/documentation. • Build and maintain advanced reports, dashboards, and system workflows. • Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to solve cross-functional system issues. • Evaluate processes and recommend improvements to drive efficiency. • Stay current on Workday updates and proactively identify optimization opportunities. Required Qualifications • 5+ years HRIS experience with strong Workday administration and configuration background. • Expertise in 2+ Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Time, Benefits, Talent, etc.). • Strong skills in Workday reporting, integrations, and data integrity. • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities. • Ability to manage projects and translate business needs into technical solutions. • Customer-focused mindset with a professional, service-oriented approach.
