Role Overview: As a Field Service Representative I, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customers by providing on-site service, maintenance, and technical assistance for our filtration products. What You'll Do: - You will perform installation, maintenance, and repair of Calgon Carbon filtration systems at customer sites. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to ensure optimal system performance. - You will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to minimize downtime. - You will document service activities and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams. - You will assist in training customers on proper system operation and maintenance. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field activities. - You will collaborate with sales and engineering teams to support customer needs. What You Bring: - You have 1-2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related role. - You possess strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - You have excellent communication and customer service abilities. - You are comfortable working independently and managing your schedule. - You hold a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation. - You are willing to travel regularly within the Boston area and occasionally beyond. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with water or air filtration systems. - Technical certifications or vocational training in mechanical or electrical fields. - Familiarity with safety standards and environmental regulations. - Previous experience working in a remote or field-based role.
