What You'll Do: - You will perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Calgon Carbon equipment. - You will troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions to customers. - You will conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure system reliability. - You will document service activities and maintain accurate records. - You will collaborate with the technical support team to resolve complex problems. - You will provide training and support to customers on equipment operation. - You will adhere to safety protocols and company policies during all field activities. - You will travel to customer sites within the Boston area as required. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a related role. - Basic knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and customer service abilities. - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. - Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
