1-3 years marketing or related experience, bachelor's degree in business/marketing, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Agile marketing and specific tech tools preferred.
Marketing Coordinator- Transformation & Organizational Change Management 4-month contract with possible extension and/or conversion (40 hours/week) Hybrid - Columbus, OH (On-site 3 days/week) Overview: The Marketing Transformation & Organizational Change Management team supports the marketing department in embracing and adapting to today’s rapidly evolving modern marketing landscape. This role will assist in the execution of change management training and communications plans aimed at driving process improvements, organizational changes, and tech enhancements to optimize marketing operations. Responsibilities: • Assist in the implementation of strategic transformation initiatives across the Marketing department. • Support change management team in executing communication plans, training materials, and stakeholder engagement strategies to ensure smooth transitions. • Create and manage calendars to support change management initiatives • Coordinate trainings and meetings with stakeholders • Organize and distribute information and training materials • Create, capture, and publish clear agendas and recaps as assigned • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing Operations, Creative, Digital, and Tech to support project execution and alignment. • Track project milestones, risks, and dependencies, ensuring timely delivery of transformation initiatives. • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging marketing technologies, and best practices in change management. Experience: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, operations, project management, consulting, or a related area. • Process oriented, with strong organization and project management skills, and attention to detail. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across teams. • Ability to navigate ambiguity, quickly adapt to change, and thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. • Sense of curiosity, interest in operations and/or marketing technology, and desire for continuous improvement. • Experience in Agile marketing, and technical knowledge of AirTable, Microsoft SharePoint, and Teams a plus. • The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to work in a dynamic environment where they can contribute to impactful business change.
