Base pay range $90.00/hr - $115.00/hr Direct message the job poster from Calculated Hire Global Payroll Program Manager – Oil & Gas Location: Houston, TX Overview Role Summary: We are seeking a Global Payroll Program Manager to lead the end-to-end execution of a complex, multi-country payroll and timekeeping migration. This role is pivotal in driving the successful reimplementation of WFM (Workforce Management – a UKG/Kronos-based ADP product) across global locations, with an initial focus on Canada, followed by the US and LATAM regions. Responsibilities Lead global payroll and timekeeping implementation projects across Canada, the US, and LATAM. Manage cross-functional teams including IT, payroll, HR, and operations. Collaborate with key stakeholders in Houston to ensure seamless integration and adoption. Maintain and execute detailed project plans using Smartsheet. Serve as the key point of contact between global teams and leadership. Ensure adherence to standard waterfall project management methodologies. Identify risks, resolve issues, and ensure project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. Work closely with the Payroll Lead and Transformation Lead to align with business objectives. Qualifications 8+ years of global program/project management experience. Demonstrated success in global payroll and timekeeping migrations. Experience working in complex, decentralized environments. Oil & Gas industry experience strongly preferred. Deep understanding of WFM (UKG/Kronos platform). Strategic problem-solving capabilities, especially in timekeeping and payroll solutions. Familiarity with ADP tools and Smartsheet.
