Manage and track multi-quarter global infrastructure projects using project management tools, coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors, and produce documentation and reports.
Must have expertise in project management tools and methodologies, understanding of networking and infrastructure, excellent communication skills, and experience with documentation and change management.
Must Haves – Project Management Expertise – Experience in Project Planning, scheduling, and tracking multi-quarters global infrastructure project via Jira, Smartsheet or MS Project tools. Strong grasp of project lifecycle methodologies (Agile, Waterfall or Hybrid) Ability to manage budget, risks, and resources Technical Knowledge – Understanding (Not working knowledge)of networking concepts (LAN/WAN, routing, switching, VPN, SDWAN) Familiarity with infrastructure components (datacenters, cloud platforms, cabling, power, cooling) Understanding of network monitoring and management tools (eg. SolarWinds, Nautobot, Checkmk) Communication & coordination – Excellent cross-functional communication skills (working with engineers, vendors, leadership) Ability to translate technical details into business language for stakeholders Experience in vendor and partner coordination Documentation & Reporting Skilled with creating project charters, status reports, runbooks, and retrospectives Familiarity with change management processes (e.g., ITIL framework) Problem Solving & Decision Making Strong analytical thinking to troubleshoot issues and make data-driven decisions Ability to prioritize and adapt in high-pressure environments Ability to work with global teams Nice to Have – PMP, Scrum master certifications Network, Cloud certifications. Basic knowledge of python, Ansible or linux. Understanding of cloud networking Familiarity with security principles Soft skills – Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Pay Range - 70-90/hr
