Implement, configure, support, and improve SAP HR modules while collaborating with HR stakeholders and ensuring integration with other systems.
3-7 years SAP HR/HCM consulting experience, hands-on SAP HR module skills, strong HR process knowledge, and ability to create functional specs.
We are looking for someone with experience in HR module in SAP ERP system (e.g., Timesheet, Activity type) to join our project team for our client. This position is expected to support our HR systems landscape, including implementation, configuration, support, and continuous improvement of SAP Human Resources modules. The role involves working closely with HR business stakeholders, gathering requirements, designing solutions, and ensuring seamless integration with other SAP and non-SAP systems. Key Responsibilities • System Implementation & Configuration • Configure and maintain SAP HR modules such as Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management (TM), Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, and Learning Solutions. • Participate in full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, and upgrades of SAP HCM solutions • Ensure compliance with local legal, tax, and labor requirements in payroll and HR processes. • Business Analysis & Support • Collaborate with HR business users to gather requirements and translate them into SAP system solutions. • Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for SAP HR-related issues. • Conduct system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing. • Integration & Reporting • Work with technical teams to integrate SAP HR with external systems (e.g., SuccessFactors, finance systems, time-tracking applications). • Develop reports using SAP Query, Ad Hoc Query, and other SAP reporting tools. • Training & Documentation • Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents, and end-user training materials. • Train HR staff and key users on system processes and updates. • Continuous Improvement • Recommend best practices and process improvements for HR operations. • Stay current with SAP HCM updates, enhancements, and new releases (including SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA). Required Skills & Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. • 3–7 years of SAP HR/HCM consulting experience (depending on role seniority). • Hands-on experience with SAP HR modules (PA, OM, Time, Payroll, Benefits, etc.). • Strong understanding of HR processes and statutory requirements. • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is a strong plus. • Ability to create functional specifications and work with ABAP developers for custom enhancements. • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience in global SAP HR rollouts and multi-country payroll implementations. • Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps, HR Analytics, and SAP S/4HANA HCM. • SAP HR or SuccessFactors certification. • Knowledge of integration with Finance (SAP FI/CO), Time, and external HR systems.
