Preferred Qualifications: Certified Associate Project Management (CAPM) certification or equivalent work experience Experience with SQL and JQL Project Manager This Project Manager will play a vital role in coordinating and overseeing project activities. Will work closely with senior project managers to ensure successful project execution. Responsibilities:Project Coordination: Collaborate with senior project managers, and product owners to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables. Assist in creating project timelines, budgets, and schedules. Delegate tasks and allocate resources effectively. Create and assign Jira issue types for project members. Scheduling meetings SCRUM Master: Facilitate Sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and stand-ups Remove impediments to the team s progress and ensure smooth workflow. Coach the team on Agile practices and principles to improve efficiency. Collaborate with Product Owners to manage the product/service backlog and prioritize work. Track and report on team performance metrics and progress. Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement. Coordinating sprints, managing team ceremonies (Sprint Review, Retrospective, Planning, Demo s, Stand-Ups, Backlog Refinement), and acting as a servant leader to enable the team s success Monitoring and Reporting: Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets. Document project milestones, risks, and issues. Prepare regular progress reports/dashboards for clients and management. Update confluence project status pages. Monitor KPIs to assess the health of the project and identify areas for improvement. Identify potential risks and issues early in the project lifecycle, and develop and implement mitigation strategies to address these risks. Communication: Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and senior management. Ensure that project-related information flows smoothly within the team. Address and resolve conflicts within the team or with stakeholders in a constructive manner. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure stakeholder satisfaction and project alignment with business objectives. Quality Assurance: Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards. Conduct periodic reviews to identify areas for improvement. Perform project retrospectives and lessons learned Problem-Solving: Address challenges and obstacles promptly. Collaborate with team members to find solutions. Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to proactively issues to prevent them from impacting project timelines and deliverables. Documentation: Organize and maintain project documentation in Confluence and Sharepoint Create SOPs where required Ensure accurate record-keeping for future reference. Vendor Support: Host weekly and bi-weekly vendor meetings Record minutes of meetings, track action items, and follow-ups Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand project requirements and expectations. Provide excellent customer service throughout the project lifecycle. Required Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Project Management). Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Experience working across multiple functions and collaborating with multiple teams Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Eagerness to learn and grow within the field. Proficiency in project management tools (Jira) and software. Prior experience in supporting Cloud Technologies and Providers (AWS, Azure, GCP)
