Overview We are CalAmp, a connected intelligence company that gives companies the ability to track, monitor and recover their vital assets with real-time visibility and insights. Currently, we are seeking a Revenue Operations Manager in Carlsbad, CA. This position follows a hybrid work schedule, with in-office presence required Tuesday-Wednesday. Responsibilities Develops and maintains KPIs, dashboards, and reporting to provide insight into state of sales Coordinates sales forecasting, planning, budgeting and reporting processes used within the sales organization. Work with sales and marketing to understand the market telematics/asset tracking verticals and provide TAM/SAM data for the various verticals and top customers in each vertical Develops and monitors key sales reports and take responsibility for the efficient distribution of sales reports and other data essential to the sales organization Acts as a key liaison/partner between the Sales, Marketing, Finance, Engineering and Operations, as well as other internal stakeholders Works with Finance, HR and management to provide assistance with sales incentive programs and compensation planning in order to increase sales productivity Helps to establish, communicate and monitor quarterly sales campaigns, QBR’s and opportunity reviews Ensures all sales organization objectives are clearly communicated and documented in a timely fashion Ensures compliance with CRM and drives the optimization and enhancement of how the organization uses CRM Coordinates training materials and conducts training (CRM, etc.) and helps with on-boarding new sales employees on CalAmp h/w products Develops and documents the processes, standards, and rules of engagement that direct how CalAmp sales staff engages with customers and across verticals Work cross-functionally with BU, Finance and Sales to develop new business models that maximize revenue and profitability Relentlessly analyzes the business and proactively offers insight and recommendations to sales and executive leadership Coordinates cross departmentally to align resources behind sales strategy Enablement and Adoption: partner with teams to roll out training, playbooks and tools (Outreach, Lean Data) Strong analytical skills Qualifications Must Haves 3-5 + years of sales operations, GTM, and analytics experience in a growth environment Demonstrated success of leading, implementing, and scaling growth initiatives driven by analytics Proven ability to identify and lead growth enabling initiatives Well-organized, strong communication skills and ability to lead and influence direct and indirect reports with high motivation for continuous improvement Experience architecting and building revenue systems from ground up using CRMs like Salesforce ideal A drive to develop teams, prioritize and scale; operate with the big picture while maintaining a data-driven approach B2B Software / SaaS industry experience Bachelors Degree Proficiency in Salesforce Strong Pluses BA Business, Marketing, MBA a Plus Telematics industry experience BI Dashboard Salesforce CPQ Global experience #LI-RB1 Market Minimum USD $79,135.00/Yr.
