Responsibilities Input and maintain project-related data across various databases and platforms. Verify the accuracy of data entries and correct any discrepancies promptly. Organize and archive project documentation in accordance with company standards. Collaborate with project managers to gather necessary information for record updates. Generate periodic reports on project statistics and data trends for management review. Assist in training new staff on data entry processes and best practices. Continuously identify opportunities for data management improvements and propose solutions. Proven experience in data entry or administrative support roles. Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy in work. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word. Experience with project management software or databases is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
