Support daily inbound and outbound warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, loading, and inventory control.
Entry-level warehouse experience preferred, ability to lift 50-75 lbs, basic RF scanner/computer skills, reliable transportation, and strong attendance.
Summary Support daily inbound and outbound operations in the distribution center to ensure accurate, on-time receiving, picking, packing, staging, loading, and inventory control in a safe, team-oriented environment. Key Responsibilities • Receive, inspect, and put away inbound freight; verify quantities and condition. • Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners/WMS. • Load/unload trailers; palletize, wrap, and label per standards. • Perform cycle counts and help resolve inventory discrepancies. • Maintain 5S/housekeeping; keep aisles and docks clear and safe. • Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements; attend toolbox talks. • (If certified) Operate material-handling equipment (EPJ, reach truck, cherry picker); training available for qualified candidates. • Support cross-training and assist other departments as needed; overtime during peak periods. Qualifications • 6+ months warehouse/distribution experience preferred (will train reliable entry-level candidates). • Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs, standing/walking for 8–10 hours, and working in a fast-paced environment. • Basic RF scanner/computer skills; strong attention to detail and quality. • Reliable transportation and strong attendance record. • Powered industrial truck (PIT) certification a plus (or ability to obtain). • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus. Schedule & Employment • Full-time; AM and PM shifts available (weekend/OT as needed). • Temp-to-Hire: conversion based on performance, attendance, and business need. • Background/drug screening and safety compliance per site requirements. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour Work Location: In person
