Creative Growth Art Center - Executive Director The Executive Director, as the chief executive officer of Creative Growth, holds a multifaceted role. This position involves managing senior staff, setting programmatic and curatorial direction, securing diverse funding streams, overseeing fiscal management, and advocating for the advancement of artists with disabilities within the art world. Additionally, the Executive Director is responsible for building national and international relationships within the disability and art communities, organizing the annual Creating Communities symposium, and representing Creative Growth in various contexts. This role demands a visionary leader with executive-level management experience and a hands-on approach to daily operations.
