The Senior Paid Media Specialist leads campaign management, develops tactical recommendations, and improves account performance through advanced strategy, platform expertise, data analysis, and precision. This role is ideal for someone who is ready to step beyond execution and start owning strategy, insights, and client relationships on multi-channel campaigns. Responsibilities • Manage multi-channel paid media campaigns end-to-end across search, social, display, video, and programmatic platforms • Build, traffic, QA, and optimize campaigns with accurate targeting, measurement, and analysis • Monitor budgets and pacing; recommend and implement campaign-level and/or cross-channel reallocations based on performance • Analyze data and deliver clear, actionable insights in reporting and client presentations, providing strategic and tactical recommendations for achieving client goals • Develop testing frameworks and experimentation roadmaps to improve performance • Troubleshoot tracking, delivery, and technical issues with internal and external teams • Collaborate with content, design, and project management teams to deliver production excellence • Research and recommend new opportunities, channels, vendors, tools, and tactics to drive client growth • Assist with quality assurance checks to ensure campaign execution is of the highest quality • Help to mentor coordinators and specialists to ensure production quality and consistent execution Job Requirements • 3–5+ years of hands-on paid media experience in digital advertising, with proven expertise in campaign management across one or more channels, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, YouTube, and/or programmatic platforms • Ability to manage multiple accounts and own performance, pacing, and budget decisions • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into relevant insights and narratives • Track record of testing, optimization, and structured problem-solving • Working experience with conversion tracking implementation, analytics platforms, and data visualization tools • Uncompromising attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and comfort presenting results to clients • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced, changing environment and meet absolute deadlines while exceeding client and team expectations • Desire to grow and contribute with a collaborative, high-impact team • Expertise working within Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Docs, and Smartsheet • Familiarity with computing technology such as PC hardware and software development • Bonus: Spanish language skills; experience with The Trade Desk, TikTok Ads, Reddit Ads, Spotify Ads, DV360, or additional emerging platforms
