Job Details Job Location: Remote Position Type: Full Time Salary Range: Undisclosed Cadmium provides cutting-edge in-person and virtual event solutions, learning management systems (LMS), and video management services. We help associations, nonprofits, and corporate clients deliver impactful learning and event experiences. The company’s software products are trusted by more than 1,200 content-driven organizations worldwide to generate revenue, drive customer retention, and lower operational costs for their events and education initiatives. Summary: The Learning Experience Specialist is responsible for designing, delivering, and supporting training programs for Cadmium’s product suite. This role combines live client-facing facilitation, internal staff enablement, and the creation of clear, accessible documentation to ensure customers, partners, and employees gain the knowledge and confidence needed to succeed with Cadmium products. Duties and Responsibilities: Deliver effective training sessions in various methods: live virtual training and on-demand courses for clients and partners, and ensuring a professional, engaging, and impactful experience. Facilitate internal training sessions to enhance product knowledge and support professional development. Support self-directed learning by creating online, modular training content hosted in our LMS. Develop, maintain, and deliver clear support documentation, including quick reference guides, FAQs, and knowledge base articles. Ensure documentation aligns with training materials, is up to date, and empowers users to reinforce learning independently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to organize and publish client-facing resources in a centralized portal. Contribute to the design and development of new training materials, such as slide decks, scripts, demonstration videos, and handouts. Partner with Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams to ensure training and documentation remain accurate and relevant. Assist with troubleshooting training-related issues and addressing learner questions or concerns. Perform additional responsibilities as assigned Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Communication, Instructional Design, or related field. 4+ years of experience delivering client-facing and internal training programs. 4+ years of experience in software or technology training. Experience developing training materials and documentation for diverse audiences. Familiarity with learning management systems, e-learning tools, and video creation/editing software.
