HR Project Manager Job Category: Project and Program Management Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: DOJ MBI Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 25% Type of Travel: Local * * * The Opportunity: Join CACI as an HR Project Manager and play a pivotal role in supporting the esteemed Civil Rights Division of the U.S. Department of Justice. Since its establishment by the Civil Rights Act of 1957, the Division has been dedicated to safeguarding the civil and constitutional rights of all individuals in the United States, with a special focus on the most vulnerable populations. Your work will contribute to enforcing federal laws that prohibit discrimination based on race, color, sex, disability, religion, familial status, national origin, and citizenship status, ensuring equal justice and fair treatment across the nation. This position offers the flexibility of remote work within the DC Metro area, with travel to the customer site required. Responsibilities: Administrative and Technical Support. Provide essential support services to the HR Office. Personnel Action Processing. Handle and process personnel actions efficiently. Data Entry and Review. Assist with the entry and review of SF-52 and SF-50 actions in HR systems; ensure proper documentation, coding, and routing. Reporting and Data Management. Generate, review, and reconcile HR reports related to staffing, payroll, and performance management; support data calls and quarterly audits. Records and Document Management. Maintain electronic Official Personnel Folders (eOPFs) and HR shared drives; ensure compliance with recordkeeping and confidentiality requirements. Administrative Support. Track incoming/outgoing HR actions, schedule meetings, prepare correspondence, and maintain tracking logs for recruitments, awards, and performance plans. Customer Service Support. Respond to employee and supervisor inquiries related to administrative HR matters, routing more complex inquiries to HR Specialists. Deliverables. Ensure accurate and timely processing of assigned HR actions, provide weekly and monthly status reports of completed tasks and outstanding items, and maintain data integrity across HR systems and logs. Complete reports and reconciliations as requested by HR management. Qualifications: Required: Must have a bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and 7+ years of experience of, including proven capabilities and communication skills to interact successfully with Government staff. Demonstrated ability to manage numerous complex and time-critical tasks within deadlines. Requires outstanding writing skills, excellent oral communication skills, and excellent management skills. Requires knowledge of high-level HR services. Must be a US Citizen and be able to obtain a Public Trust clearance. Desired: Accuracy and timeliness of work products. Responsiveness to HR staff and management requests. Compliance with confidentiality and data security protocols.
