Job Title: Engineering Project and Resource Manager Job Category: Information Technology Time Type: Full time Minimum Clearance Required to Start: Secret Employee Type: Regular Percentage of Travel Required: Up to 10% Type of Travel: Continental US * * * The Opportunity: CACI is seeking a seasoned Project and Resource Manager to support the U.S. Air Force Enterprise IT as a Service (EITaaS) program. This role will ensure consistent, secure, high-quality, and cost-effective services to enhance mission success and improve end-user experience across the customer environment. The Manager is responsible for leading a team of Business Analysts (BAs) and coordinating cross-functional engineering resources to ensure capabilities are defined, documented, tracked, and delivered in alignment with Air Force mission priorities. This position serves as a key integration point between engineering teams, program leadership, and customers/stakeholders to drive structured, scalable, and compliant capability delivery. Responsibilities: Managing and developing a team of Business Analysts, including workload distribution, mentorship, professional development, and performance oversight. Facilitate AGILE and SAFE ceremonies across Cyber and Infrastructure teams and support structured workflow management related to the Cyber Security Group. Provide leadership and coordination across enterprise capability efforts to ensure requirements, documentation, and governance artifacts are developed in alignment with program objectives Partner with the Program Technical Leads to align Business Analyst activities with strategic priorities, roadmap milestones and delivery objectives. Ensure stakeholder engagement activities result in clearly defined, validated, and mission-aligned requirements. Oversee quality and consistency of requirements documentation. Traceability artifacts and supporting materials associated with each Capabilities delivered under Wave One Engineering Services. Maintain scalable processes and standard operating procedures supporting requirements lifecycle management and governance submissions Validate that delivered solutions align with approved requirements Experience leading matrixed organizations to bring enterprise scale commercial solutions (e.g. ITaaS, SaaS, PaaS) to the DoD. Broad understanding in enterprise systems, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, and infrastructure service delivery models Provide Leadership oversight across engineering teams and collaborate with senior leadership to enable teams for success, both direct and indirect resources. Experience supporting structured engineering governance, capability lifecycle management, and enterprise modernization initiatives. Ability to facilitate planning, analysis, and problem-solving efforts across complex technical environments. Experience supporting cloud technologies, virtual desktop enterprise environment, rapid prototyping or development, and test and evaluation activities. Qualifications: Required: Active Secret security clearance. 12+ Years of relevant experience (bachelor’s degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience). One or more of the following Project/Program Management certifications: Agile/Scrum Master Professional (PSM), Project Management Professional (PMP), Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) One or more of the following technical certifications: AWS/Azure Cloud SA Professional, DoD 8570 Baseline Information Assurance Technical (IAT)-II level, ITIL Foundations Desired: Master’s Degree in computer science, software engineering, business administration, management, or another scientific or technical discipline. Familiarity with Agile and SAFe methodologies Experience facilitating cross-functional stakeholder engagement across technical and operational teams Experience in supporting a DoD enterprise environment. - What You Can Expect: A culture of integrity. Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications.
