What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
