Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate service installations and activations. You will be the key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and schedule service installations and activations to meet customer expectations. - You will communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve service-related issues. - You will collaborate with field technicians and internal departments to ensure accurate service delivery. - You will monitor service orders and troubleshoot any delays or discrepancies. - You will maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will assist in identifying process improvements to enhance service fulfillment efficiency. - You will support compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or a related field. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the telecommunications or cable industry. - Knowledge of service order management systems. - Familiarity with field technician coordination. - Customer service certification or training.
