Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to our customers. You will be the key point of contact for coordinating service fulfillment activities, helping to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and manage service delivery schedules to meet customer expectations. - You will communicate effectively with internal teams and customers to resolve service issues. - You will track and document service fulfillment progress and outcomes. - You will assist in troubleshooting and escalating service delivery problems as needed. - You will support process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency. - You will maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company policies. - You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support overall business goals. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in service delivery, customer service, or related roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
