Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing service orders, working closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels. What You'll Do: - You will process and manage service orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. - You will coordinate with field technicians and other departments to resolve service issues. - You will communicate proactively with customers regarding service status and updates. - You will maintain accurate records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will troubleshoot and escalate service delivery problems as needed. - You will support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes. - You will collaborate with team members to meet departmental goals and customer satisfaction targets. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
