Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive timely and accurate service installations and activations. You will be the key liaison between customers, field technicians, and internal teams to deliver a seamless service experience. What You'll Do: - You will coordinate and schedule service installations and activations to meet customer expectations. - You will communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve service issues. - You will collaborate with field technicians and internal departments to ensure service delivery accuracy. - You will monitor service orders and troubleshoot any fulfillment delays or errors. - You will maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will assist in identifying process improvements to enhance service delivery efficiency. - You will support compliance with company policies and industry regulations. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years experience in service delivery, customer service, or related roles. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage customer and team interactions. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Detail-oriented mindset with problem-solving capabilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the telecommunications or cable industry. - Knowledge of field service operations and scheduling systems. - Familiarity with regulatory compliance in service delivery. - Additional certifications related to customer service or project management.
