Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating and executing service orders, working closely with internal teams to maintain high standards of customer satisfaction. What You'll Do: - You will process and fulfill service orders accurately and efficiently. - You will coordinate with field technicians and other departments to ensure seamless service delivery. - You will monitor service order status and proactively address any issues or delays. - You will communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve concerns. - You will maintain detailed records of service activities and customer interactions. - You will assist in troubleshooting service delivery problems and escalate when necessary. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service fulfillment processes. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency with service management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
