Job Title: Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I Company Overview: Cable One, operating under the Sparklight brand family, is a leading provider of high-speed internet, cable TV, and phone services across the United States. Role Overview: As a Service Delivery Fulfillment Specialist I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring timely and accurate service delivery to our customers. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing service orders, working closely with internal teams to meet customer expectations and maintain high satisfaction levels. What You'll Do: - You will process and manage service orders efficiently to ensure timely fulfillment. - You will coordinate with field technicians and other departments to resolve service issues. - You will monitor service delivery progress and update customers and stakeholders accordingly. - You will troubleshoot and escalate service delivery problems to appropriate teams. - You will maintain accurate records of service orders and customer interactions. - You will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery processes. - You will communicate effectively with customers to provide updates and resolve inquiries. - You will adhere to company policies and compliance standards in all service activities. What You Bring: - Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in service delivery, customer service, or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. - Proficiency in using service management software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when needed. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the telecommunications industry. - Knowledge of cable and internet service delivery processes. - Familiarity with CRM and ticketing systems. - Problem-solving skills with a customer-focused mindset.
