Showroom & Operations Manager (Sales-Incentivized | Future General Manager) Location: Katy, TX Company: Cabinet IQ of Katy – Kitchen Remodeling & Design Job Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are a growing kitchen remodeling company seeking a Showroom Manager to run day-to-day operations, manage vendors, and support ownership in running the business. This role is operations-first but with incentivized sales upside. Candidates who want to generate their own leads and close deals can earn extra commissions, and but the primary responsibility is keeping the business organized, efficient, and moving forward. As the company grows, this role is expected to evolve into a General Manager position. Responsibilities • Manage daily showroom and business operations • Schedule and oversee showroom mechanics • Coordinate between sales, design, vendors, and installers • Track project pipeline, timelines, and operational issues • Improve systems, processes, and organization • Support future hiring, training, and team accountability • Engage walk-in clients and improve lead to sales processes • Generate and close self-sourced sales (commissioned) Qualifications Required: • Strong organizational and leadership skills • Professional, customer-facing communication • Ability to take ownership and manage priorities Preferred: • Kitchen & bath or construction industry experience • Sales experience or interest in business development • Small business or multi-role management experience Pay & Benefits • Competitive base salary (DOE) • Sales commissions on self-generated and closed deals • Performance bonuses for company profitability • Paid time off and holidays • Clear growth path to General Manager Why This Role? • Operations-focused leadership role • Sales upside without full-time sales pressure • Direct access to ownership • Long-term growth into General Manager Apply by submitting your resume.
