As the EWM Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing an internal team of both skilled and beginner EWM consultants, managing the solution delivery of EWM solutions to C5MI clients, and increasing the internal knowledge base of C5MI employees. Principal Duties and Responsibilities: • Provides leadership, mentorship, guidance, and feedback to technical team members, and holds the team accountable for meeting objectives, deadlines, and performance standards. • Serve as a trusted leadership advisor to clients and internal stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving alignment with organizational goals. • Provide clear leadership vision and direction for projects, ensuring teams understand priorities and objectives. • Empower team members through leadership coaching and professional development, identifying growth opportunities and succession planning. • Participates in meetings to ensure current resource allocation is meeting client needs, and plans for future work. • Manages SAP EWM functional resources, workload, and cost management to achieve SLA commitments for multiple SAP client solutions. • Applies SAP EWM configuration solutions to business/technical problems through design, analysis, integration, debugging, testing, and implementation based on requirements gathered from customers without close supervision. • Leads a team of consultants for a client, taking responsibility for quality and delivery. • Providing updates to executive leadership, both internal and client facing, on status of projects as required. • Drive leadership-led continuous improvement initiatives across projects, promoting innovation and operational excellence. • Meets with internal employee teams for coaching, mentoring, and performance updates. • Assists internal teams with sales pursuits as required. • Is actively involved in end-to-end testing and go-live activities. • Performs other related tasks as assigned. Required/Desired Qualifications: • Associate degree in a technical field from an accredited college or university OR High School Diploma / GED, with 6+ years of experience working with SAP consulting experience. • At least 7 years of SAP Supply Chain consulting experience along with 3 year managing a team • Understanding of and experience implementing standard and custom EWM functionalities, including configuration and custom design. • Has completed a minimum of 2 full SAP lifecycles. • Experience working with the Department of Defense or other Federal agencies desired. Specific skills, knowledge, and abilities: • Have a strong understanding of SAP technologies. • Have a strong understanding of SAP configurations and design. • Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate cross-functional teams, manage conflicts, and drive project success. • Ability to effectively delegate tasks, provide clear direction, and foster a collaborative work environment. • Understanding of Manufacturing and Supply Chain processes and best practices. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate options, and make informed decisions. • Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and departments, fostering teamwork and alignment. Compensation: In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $146,000 – $182,732 annually. The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate’s experience, qualifications, skills, and location. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. This posted range reflects our good faith estimate of the compensation we reasonably expect to offer for this role at the time of posting.
