IT Desktop Support Services/AV Technician Position Contract to Hire Onsite: 712 5th Ave, New York, NY 10019 38th Floor Responsibilities • Provide level II desktop support of PC equipment including laptops, desktops, virtual machines, software, printers, mobile devices and peripherals by troubleshooting and resolving standard technical problems; document, track and monitor incidents and work orders per set service level agreement standards; and provide timely feedback to customers during and upon resolution • Provide level II support of Microsoft suite of products including M365 & Windows OS • Troubleshoot, manage resolution, and develop root cause analysis for technology issues related to AV/VC equipment • Overall accountability for maintenance and repair of AV equipment and PCs • Perform routine preventative maintenance, daily equipment checks and resolve any technology issues in a timely manner • Provide support of audio-visual equipment and facilitate onsite or virtual conferencing meetings (or both simultaneously) • Other duties as assigned Minimum Qualifications • Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience • 3+ years of experience providing technical and audio/visual equipment support, desktop hardware support, desktop application and operating system software support • Previous experience support C-Suite executives Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for work visa or residency sponsorship Additional Qualifications • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Excellent customer service skills • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and time management skills • Technical execution of in-person, hybrid, and virtual events, meetings and tours • Collaborate with event stakeholders to ensure event success • Provide polished, professional customer service • Learn and rehearse presentation content to ensure smooth transitions and understand content functionality • Deploy presentation content to endpoints and test prior to events/meetings • Network Experience: cabling, running patch cables, etc • Ability to have a Flexible work schedule due to C-Suite support Preferred Qualifications • PBM/health care environment experience • IT Customer Service experience • Ticket tracking system experience
