Senior Staffing Sales Executive Light Industrial | High-Volume Accounts | $100K Guaranteed + Uncapped Commission C3 Workforce is hiring one experienced staffing sales professional to build large-volume light industrial accounts. This is not an entry-level role. This is not a “learn as you go” role. This is a production role for someone who already knows how to win staffing business. We are looking for a mid-career sales professional who understands that in light industrial staffing, scale comes from landing and expanding 50–100 head accounts — not chasing small one-off placements. What You’ll Be Responsible For • High daily outbound call volume • Setting consistent in-person appointments • Targeting manufacturing, logistics, packaging, and food production accounts • Landing multi-shift, high-headcount clients • Driving accounts from first order to full-site conversion • Protecting margin while scaling volume • Running your own pipeline without supervision If you need someone to close your deals for you, this is not the right fit. What Success Looks Like • 40+ dials per day • Weekly new appointments • Large-volume account acquisition • Building toward a $5M+ book over time • Owning your numbers This role requires urgency, independence, and competitive drive. Compensation • $100,000 guaranteed first-year compensation • Non-recoverable draw against commission • Commission paid on gross profit • Salary reduces as commission increases (bottoms at $50K base) • Uncapped earning potential If you can produce high-volume accounts, you will be compensated accordingly.
