Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. C3 Integrated Solutions is a rapidly growing company providing advanced technical support in server, network, and Microsoft 365 environments. The Technical Services Engineer III will act as the final escalation point for complex issues, mentor junior staff, and contribute to documentation and process improvement. Responsibilities • Manage Conditional Access policies for secure access control • Implement and maintain Compliance Policies (e.g., DLP, retention) • Oversee Application Management across Exchange, SharePoint, Teams • Administer devices via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (Intune) • Resolve escalated issues across server, network, and cloud environments • Perform server tasks: DHCP, DNS, AD Connect, IIS, SSL, MS SQL • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and performance issues • Coach Tier 1/2 staff and share technical best practices • Maintain internal documentation and client-facing guides • Provide professional support via phone, email, and chat • Assist with onboarding, training, and user access issues • Communicate status updates and create client reports • Follow SLA-driven workflows and escalation protocols • Monitor backups and maintain accurate inventory • Participate in audits and ensure compliance readiness Skills • 3+ years in MSP or enterprise IT support • Proficiency in Windows 10/11, Mac OS, iOS, Android • Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, server hardware, and cloud infrastructure • Experience with Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 administration • Certifications: CompTIA Network+, A+, Microsoft 365 (required) • Excellent communication, multitasking, and customer service skills • Ability to work independently and in SLA-driven environments • Previous MSP Experience required • Security+ or Azure Admin (preferred) • Veteran status preferred Benefits • Medical, Dental, Vision Insurance • Four Weeks of Paid Time Off (vacation & sick leave) • Four weeks of Paid Maternity and Paternity leave • Two days of Paid Volunteer Time • 401(k) with 4% Company Match • Company Bonus Structure • Tuition Reimbursement • Employer-sponsored Disability & Life Insurance • Professional Development Company Overview • C3 Integrated Solutions is an IT firm that offers cyber-security, cloud deployment, IT infrastructure and digital transformation services.
