Job Overview We are looking for a motivated, energetic, and customer-focused Salesman to join our team. The ideal candidate has strong communication skills, understands customer needs, and is capable of closing sales while providing excellent service. Key Responsibilities • Hub Spot knowledge will be a plus (but not necessary). • Present and demonstrate product features and benefits clearly and confidently. • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business. • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, pricing, and promotions. • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally. • Prepare sales reports and update customer records accurately (Hub Spot). • Collaborate with team members to support overall store or business performance. Requirements • Proven experience in sales or customer service (preferred). • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. • Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a passion for helping customers. • Basic computer literacy. • High school diploma or equivalent.
