Overview We are seeking a driven and entrepreneurial Regional Annuity Sales Director to lead annuity growth across your territory by building relationships with insurance producers and retirement planning professionals. This is a fully independent 1099 commission-based opportunity designed for high performers who want the freedom to build their own book of business and scale their income without limits. Your earning potential is completely uncapped, allowing top producers to build a substantial income while helping clients and advisors implement powerful retirement income strategies. In this role, you will focus on expanding annuity production through advisor partnerships, strategic business development, and retirement income planning education. We provide the tools, training, marketing systems, carrier relationships, and support infrastructure needed to help you succeed and grow your territory. Business Development Identify and cultivate new opportunities through networking, industry events, advisor outreach, and relationship-driven sales strategies. Retirement Income Education Present annuity solutions that align with advisors’ client portfolios and retirement planning objectives, helping them deliver sustainable lifetime income strategies. Pipeline & Opportunity Management Utilize CRM tools and sales systems to track advisor relationships, production opportunities, and territory growth. Strategic Partnerships Work collaboratively with financial professionals, agencies, and advisory groups to create long-term partnerships that generate consistent annuity production. Sales Growth Drive new annuity business through consultative sales conversations, advisor education, and solution-based retirement income planning. Ideal Candidate Background We are looking for a motivated professional who understands the retirement planning and annuity marketplace and is passionate about helping advisors and clients create secure retirement income. Preferred experience includes: • Experience in annuities, insurance, financial services, or retirement planning • Proven success in B2B sales, advisor development, or territory growth • Ability to build strong relationships with financial advisors and insurance professionals • Strong presentation and consultative sales skills • Experience using CRM platforms or sales tracking systems • Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build a scalable business Income Potential This role offers a performance-based compensation model with uncapped commissions.
