Salesforce Technical Architect Columbus, OH (Remote) In-Person Interview is Must Experience: 5+ years as a Salesforce Technical Architect or Developer, including at least 2 3 years of hands-on experience with Vlocity / OmniStudio platform. 6 12 months of experience with Omni Studio Public Sector Foundation components (Omni Script, Data Raptor, Flex Cards) highly desired 5+ years of experience with Apex, Visualforce, triggers, batch Apex, Salesforce APIs, and configuring Salesforce using workflows, validation rules, roles & profiles, reports, and dashboards. Proven experience building applications in Salesforce Lightning and developing Lightning Web Components (LWC). Experience in data migration and designing new solutions on the Omni Studio Public Sector Foundation platform. Strong background in integrating Salesforce with external applications using SOAP, REST, and BULK APIs. Ability to troubleshoot and guide teams in resolving issues related to Omni Studio Public Sector Foundation products. Typical Duties & Responsibilities • Serve as a Technical/Solutions Architect for Salesforce implementations. • Design, develop, and maintain solutions using Salesforce OmniStudio Public Sector Foundation tools. • Develop and document designs, perform testing, and maintain integrations and data migration components using Salesforce declarative and programmatic tools (Apex classes, triggers, workflows, validations, approvals, Visualforce pages, Lightning components). • Execute test plans and ensure quality delivery through unit testing and test code. • Adhere to coding standards and participate in code reviews to ensure best practices and design patterns are followed. • Provide support to the Program Management Office (PMO) and end-users by addressing requests, questions, and concerns. Soft Skills • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Lean Startup, XP) and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Developers, Designers, Business Analysts). • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with a proven ability to take ownership of solutions. • Ability to effectively communicate with leadership and key stakeholders. • Skilled in articulating design and configuration decisions and driving consensus among stakeholders. Education & Certifications • Bachelor s degree in Information Technology or a related technical discipline. • Salesforce Developer/Architect Certifications Preferred.
