Enterprise Sales Manager – ByteCurve/Bushive (Transit Technologies) About Us: Transit Technologies serves as the parent company to a diverse network of transportation products and services that, together, cover the entire lifecycle of a vehicle using best-in-class software. An industry leader in the making, Transit Technologies is on a path to becoming a one-stop shop for transit solutions—a full end-to-end provider of revolutionized mobility services. Within Transit Technologies, ByteCurve and Bushive deliver innovative software solutions that streamline operations and improve efficiency for transportation providers. Together, they help schools, public transit systems, and private fleets manage daily routes, schedules, drivers, and data with greater accuracy and insight. Position Summary: The Enterprise Sales Manager (ESM) will focus on driving new business and expanding existing relationships for ByteCurve and Bushive, particularly within the K–12 transportation market and adjacent mobility sectors. This role works closely with the Business Development and Product teams to identify opportunities, guide prospects through the sales process, and position our solutions as must-have tools for transportation operations and decision-makers. The ESM should be comfortable selling SaaS solutions to school districts, transportation authorities, and related organizations. You’ll help customers understand the value of our technology, support their RFP and procurement processes, and drive deals from first contact to close. Essential Job Functions: • Manage existing client relationships and develop new business to achieve agreed-upon annual sales targets. • Analyze markets and build an actionable plan to grow share and meet or exceed sales goals. • Sell into the public sector (particularly K–12) and navigate RFP and bid processes. • Manage and maintain a sales funnel in Salesforce, ensuring all sales activities and pipeline data are up to date. • Create and deliver tailored client proposals, contracts, and supporting documentation. • Manage the entire sales cycle: lead generation, pitch, solution alignment, negotiation, and close. • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers to drive adoption. • Clearly communicate our SaaS value propositions and ROI for customers. • Operate with autonomy and accountability while collaborating cross-functionally with marketing and product teams. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. • 5–7 years of sales and business development experience, preferably in transportation, SaaS, or K–12-related industries. • Strong understanding of sales to public sector and RFP processes. Qualifications and Required Skills: • Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities. • Skilled at preparing proposals and presentations tailored to client needs. • Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and presentation. • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple opportunities simultaneously. • Confident negotiator with a consultative selling approach. • Results-driven and customer-focused, with a passion for solving client challenges. Compensation: • Base salary: $75,000–$80,000, plus performance-based incentives. Why You Should Join Our Team: At Transit Technologies, we hire team members who take initiative, own their results, and are passionate about helping clients succeed. You’ll have the freedom to manage your workload, contribute meaningfully to a fast-moving organization, and sell software that directly improves transportation safety and efficiency—especially in schools and local communities. We offer a collaborative environment, modern tools, and an opportunity to grow your technical and sales expertise while making a real impact on mobility and student transportation.
