Job Title: Mid-Level QA Person-In-Plant (PIP) Job Location: Morris Plains, NJ Duration: 1 Year Pay Rate: $45/hr - $65/hr all-in (depending on experience) Job Description: • Must have worked as a QA PIP prior - • Need additional QA oversight to support the batch releases. This is a 12 month assignment with potential to extend. The position will be responsible for 2nd shift working a 4 x 10hour shift that will include weekend and holiday coverage due to the manufacturing schedule and support required for this product. Shift is 2pm – 12am. • Oversee daily manufacturing activities for Car-T product. • Manage deviations as they arise • CAPA and Change Control Review • Escalation of Critical Issues • Monitor trends W2 position – only US Citizens, Green Card holders, or candidates with EADs, OPT need apply (no C2C). Job Type: Contract Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Application Question(s): • Have you previously worked as a QA Person-In-Plant (PIP)? • Do you have experience providing QA oversight for batch release activities? • Do you have experience managing deviations, CAPA, and Change Control reviews? • Have you handled the escalation of critical quality issues in a manufacturing environment? • Do you have experience monitoring and analyzing manufacturing trends for quality improvement? • Are you available to work the 2nd shift (2 PM – 12 AM) on a 4x10 schedule, including weekends and holidays as required?
