At the same time, our consulting practice—AI discovery, workflow automation, and the development of intelligent agents—is scaling rapidly. To support this growth, we are looking for a dedicated leader to take ownership of the workshop business and shape its next phase. Role Overview We are seeking a motivated, confident, and entrepreneurial leader to take full ownership of our Team Building Workshop business. This is an opportunity to run a well‑established, fast‑growing division—managing everything from client relationships to delivery to ongoing program development. You will have the autonomy to guide the direction of the workshop offering, supported by leadership and aligned with the broader growth of the company. ResponsibilitiesWorkshop Delivery & Facilitation • Lead our flagship Team Building Prompt Engineering Workshops with clarity, professionalism, and enthusiasm. • Adapt workshop content based on team function, industry needs, and client goals. • Deliver sessions that are insightful, engaging, and easy for participants to apply immediately. Client Relationship Ownership • Manage inbound referrals from private equity, hedge funds, and other investment‑focused organizations. • Build strong client relationships grounded in trust, clarity, and consistency. • Convert initial conversations into booked sessions by clearly communicating value and ensuring alignment. Business Development & Growth • Expand workshops within existing client firms through thoughtful follow‑up and relationship cultivation. • Identify opportunities for advanced or specialized workshop offerings. • Grow the workshop division through strategic planning, client insights, and operational improvements. Product Improvement • Refine workshop materials based on client feedback and emerging industry needs. • Maintain and enhance the quality of the workshop experience as AI capabilities evolve. • Develop new formats or modules that reflect the fast‑moving nature of AI and help clients stay ahead. Who You Are • A strong communicator who genuinely enjoys leading group discussions, facilitating ideation sessions, and explaining complex ideas in a clear, concise, and accessible manner. • Confident leading groups and facilitating discussions with professionals at all seniority levels. • Naturally curious about AI and eager to stay current with new trends and capabilities. • Well‑organized, proactive, and capable of managing a business line independently. • Someone who brings professionalism, warmth, and a collaborative mindset to client interactions.
