Responsibilities Support the Project Manager in planning, tracking, and reporting project progress. Manage program finances to include invoicing and subcontractor invoices Develop and maintain project schedules Assist in managing SharePoint repositories, ensuring data accuracy and version control. Coordinate requirements gathering and validation sessions to align with VA operational needs. Maintain up-to-date project documentation, including meeting minutes, action item logs, and schedules. Facilitate communication among team members and stakeholders to ensure alignment. Required Experience/Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in project analysis or coordination. Familiarity with federal IT projects, particularly within the VA. Experience using project management tools to include MS Project, Jira, and SharePoint. Strong analytical and organizational skills. Ability to synthesize data into meaningful reports and presentations. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.). Special Requirements/Security Clearance Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust
