Job Requisition No VN8396 Work Location Name USA - Remote Worker Basis Full Time Worker Type Employee Contract Type Permanent Applications Close Date Mar 31, 2026 Purpose The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing a defined sales territory by promoting the full line of BVI single-use consumables to ophthalmologists and other relevant stakeholders in Cataract and LASIK surgery. This includes building and maintaining relationships with key decision-makers and driving adoption of BVI’s portfolio across hospitals, ambulatory surgery centers, and private ophthalmic/optometric clinics. Key Responsibilities • Customer Relationship Management: Build strong relationships to understand the unmet needs of customers and act as a trusted consultant, presenting BVI’s portfolio as a value-based solution. • Sales Execution: Prospect, cold-call, and visit clinics as needed to achieve sales plan objectives. Present effectively to both small and large groups, leveraging advanced electronic sales platforms. • Surgical Suite Expertise: Demonstrate confidence and competence selling in the surgical suite. Gain surgical evaluations with new and existing customers, providing guidance on technique and instrument selection. • Strategic Product Positioning: Position multiple products to customers as part of a comprehensive, value-based solution to meet clinical and surgical needs. • Data-Driven Approach: Utilize CRM software to document activities and manage customer data. Leverage sales reports, market data, and competitive insights to set territory goals and inform targeting decisions. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work effectively with internal partners to identify additional ways to deliver value to customers. Qualification • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or related medical field. • Strong understanding of ophthalmic surgical procedures, instruments, and clinical workflows. • Demonstrated success in territory management, achieving sales targets, and cultivating long-term customer relationships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills. • Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.
