Job Description/Responsibilities We’re looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day warehouse operations. This includes managing warehouse staff, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring an efficient, organized, and safe environment. You’ll be responsible for driving workflow optimization, coordinating logistics, and promoting a productive, safety-conscious team culture. Supervise, schedule, and train warehouse staff Oversee receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and cycle counts Ensure compliance with safety standards and policies Coordinate with logistics, shipping, and receiving teams Troubleshoot and escalate operational issues Monitor equipment and facility upkeep Report on warehouse performance and KPIs Qualifications/Requirements Role requires a Bachelor's Degree 3–5+ years of experience in warehouse operations, including supervisory or team leadership roles Proven ability to lead, train, and develop high-performing warehouse teams with a focus on engagement and accountability Experience applying Lean Six Sigma or industrial engineering principles to drive process improvements and operational efficiency Strong analytical skills with the ability to track KPIs, identify trends, and implement data-driven solutions using tools like TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) Working knowledge of inventory control practices, including audits, cycle counts, and warehouse management systems (WMS) Demonstrated ability to manage inbound/outbound logistics, shipping, and receiving processes in a fast-paced environment Solid understanding of OSHA regulations and experience maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment Preferred: Alcohol beverage or CPG industry experience, supply chain exposure, and organizational development background
