ButterflyMX is currently seeking a strategic and execution-driven Sales Operations Manager to serve as a key business partner to our Sales leadership team. In this role, you’ll work closely with Sales Directors and VPs to optimize the day-to-day operations of our sales organization. You’ll help define and scale processes that drive efficiency, improve execution, and accelerate growth. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives on collaboration, loves solving problems, and is motivated by enabling others to succeed. Responsibilities Act as a strategic partner to Sales leadership, helping to shape and support their day-to-day operational needs Develop and implement scalable processes to improve sales team productivity and effectiveness Design and continuously refine the ideal “day in the life” for Sales Directors and VPs, streamlining workflows and reducing friction Monitor sales execution metrics and pipeline health, generating regular performance reports and actionable insights for stakeholders Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Finance, and Business Systems to align on go-to-market execution and performance goals Identify and drive improvements to our tech stack and CRM processes (Salesforce), ensuring alignment with evolving sales motions Create playbooks, onboarding plans, and enablement strategies to accelerate time-to-ramp for Sales Directors Deliver ongoing support and training on CRM hygiene, forecasting, and sales process best practices Stay current on industry trends and operational best practices to bring forward new ideas and innovation Requirements 3–5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or a related field, ideally within a SaaS or technology company Strong understanding of sales process, forecasting, and pipeline management principles Proficiency with Salesforce and experience with sales productivity tools (e.g., Groove, Gong, ZoomInfo) Highly analytical with the ability to translate data into actionable insights Excellent communication skills with a strong ability to collaborate across teams and influence without authority Detail-oriented with exceptional project management and organizational skills Experience in sales enablement, training, or onboarding programs is a plus Adaptable and resourceful in a fast-paced, evolving environment Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field Comprehensive Medical (ButterflyMX covers 90% of the cost), Dental, and Vision plans (ButterflyMX covers 100% of the cost) starting day 1 401(k) plan with a match 13 paid holidays, 25 PTO days Paid Family Leave Employee Assistance Program Quarterly self-care stipends Access to optional benefits including pre-tax flexible healthcare spending accounts (FSA and HSA), Dependent Care FSA, and Commuter Benefits, as well as optional Supplemental Life, AD&D, Hospital Indemnity, Disability, Legal, Accident, Critical Illness, Pet, and Personal Liability Insurance And more! **Please note that all official communications from us will come from a @butterflymx.com or an external ButterlyMX Workable domain.
