(RN) – Critical Care (ICU/CCU Nights) Pay Rate: $50 - $53 Location: Austell, GA Schedule: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) Department: Critical Care About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Critical Care unit. As an integral member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. Key Responsibilities Exemplary Clinical Practice & Patient Outcomes • Perform the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care sensitive to each patient’s age, gender, and cultural needs. • Partner with patients and families in care planning, updates, and education. • Adhere to current evidence-based clinical practice standards.
