(RN) – Critical Care (ICU/CCU Nights) Pay Rate: $50 - $53 Location: Austell, GA Schedule: Nights (6:45 PM – 7:15 AM) Department: Critical Care About the Role We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) for our Critical Care unit. As an integral member of an interdisciplinary healthcare team, you will deliver individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. Our nurses practice according to the Wellstar Professional Practice Model, evidence-based standards, and the Georgia Professional Nurse Practice Act, while upholding the ANA Scope and Standards of Practice and the Code of Ethics. Key Responsibilities Exemplary Clinical Practice & Patient Outcomes • Perform the full nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation. • Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care sensitive to each patient’s age, gender, and cultural needs. • Partner with patients and families in care planning, updates, and education. • Adhere to current evidence-based clinical practice standards. Qualifications Education • Required: Associate’s Degree or Diploma in Nursing • Preferred: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing Licensure & Certifications • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Single-State or Multi-State Compact) • BLS – Basic Life Support (required) • ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support (required within 180 days if hired as provisional) Experience • Direct patient care experience preferred • Critical care experience a plus Skills • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proficient computer and documentation skills • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities • Ability to function effectively in fast-paced and emergency situations • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and time-management skills BI01 - LK ICU, CCU, PCU, Critical Care, Intensive Care, Acute Care, Critical Care Unit, High Acuity, Step-Down / Progressive Care Job Types: Travel nursing, Contract Pay: $50.00 - $54.00 per hour Expected hours: 36 per week Benefits: • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
