Full Description

Experience within the decorative concrete polishing and commercial Epoxy Flooring industry is required. Hourly rates depend on experience and knowledge of construction/flooring industry. As we are a commercial flooring company, some jobs may be out of town, and some require working overnight, however majority of our work is within Houston. Responsibilities: As an Operations Manager, you will be managing the teams and projects as they are scheduled. Ensuring that material and labor is properly accounted for on projects, and deadlines are met with meeting & exceeding customers expectations. • Manage crews and multiple jobs at one time, bringing guidance and leadership to the teams and projects. • Train and guide entry-level positions • Install polished concrete and hard surface flooring systems • Ensure strict compliance with all health and safety rules and regulations • Proper use of equipment and materials • Strive to meet and exceed any and all production targets Qualifications: • Ability to work Saturdays, Sundays & holidays (If needed) • Travel out of town/state on at times to complete jobs • Valid driver’s license • 18 years of age or older • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen • Authorized to work in the United States' 'Work Remotely • No Job Type: Full-time Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Health savings account • Life insurance • Paid time off • Retirement plan • Vision insurance Work Location: In person
