Our growing firm is seeking an organized and friendly account manager to play a strategic role on our sales team. You’ll be responsible for answering any client questions or concerns about coverage, policy changes, and new enrollments. Our ideal candidate will be able to provide an excellent customer experience and demonstrate a basic understanding of our insurance products. If you are a strong communicator with strong attention to detail and have an interest in growing your career in the insurance industry, we’ll train you up on the skills you need to succeed in this role. We also use strong social media campaigns to attract multiple clients - No cold calling, no door-to-door, or lead purchasing required - Choose between working remotely or from the office for added flexibility. Develop and implement a tailored sales strategy to build and maintain a clientele for Life Insurance & Health Sales. Bring a friendly attitude and a passion for customer service, and we’ll pour our resources into training you to be a successful insurance sales representative! “This is a career, not just a job and you can grow with us for many years.” Compensation: $52,000 Responsibilities: • Stay up to date with industry standards, current rates, coverages, insurance products, insurance policies, and carriers by regularly speaking with our industry partners so you can help clients, underwriters, sales representatives, account executives, and the rest of our service team understand and address the latest rules and policy updates • Consult with clients to help process quotes and issue renewals or any updates needed to current policies Qualifications: • Relevant insurance experience as an insurance agent or other position is helpful but not required, training will be provided if your talents are a good match • Must have very strong follow up, written and verbal communication skills and problem-solving skills • Jobseekers need to have basic computer skills and have the ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) • We are looking for candidates with an Associates or Bachelor’s degree but will consider those with relevant insurance industry experience, as well About Company We attract a select group of leaders, enterprises, and high achievers eager to jumpstart their sales careers with a fast-paced, stable, and international company.
