Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Territory Sales Manager - Tools Outside Sales position located in New York. Prefer Central to Western. Rochester, Syracuse, Binghamton, Albany. The primary responsibilities include identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, providing product and application solutions, and meeting sales objectives. The role also involves offering training, implementing strategic sales plans, optimizing customer satisfaction, and reporting on sales activities and market trends. Qualifications • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service to effectively engage with clients and address their needs. • Proficient in Sales and Sales Management to develop, execute, and track sales strategies for target territories. • Experience in Training and assisting customers or team members with product knowledge and applications. • Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a solution-driven and results-oriented mindset. • Previous experience in tools, process equipment, or a related industry is highly preferred. • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is a plus. • Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
