To help us take our next step, we are looking for a driven Graphic Designer to help us continue our journey in the health and wellness market. Your Mission: As a part of the team, the Lead Designer (Brand & UX/UI) will support the creation and execution of visual design initiatives that strengthen brand presence, enhance user experience, and support business growth. You’ll design across digital and print channels, contribute to website and product experiences, and collaborate closely with cross-functional partners to deliver thoughtful, on-brand, and user-centered design solutions. In addition to core design responsibilities, you will play an important role in shaping how users and customers interact with the brand across platforms. This includes creating intuitive UX/UI designs, maintaining visual consistency, and working alongside marketing, product, and development teams to ensure design decisions are both visually compelling and strategically aligned. Your work will help bring ideas to life, improve usability, and elevate the overall brand experience.. This role will report to our Chief Marketing Officer. What You’ll Do: • Design on-brand visual assets for digital and print use, including marketing materials, social media graphics, presentations, and web content • Create user-centered designs for websites, landing pages, and digital products, including wireframes, mockups, and prototypes • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into clear, effective design solutions • Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and design standards across all materials • Incorporate feedback from stakeholders while balancing usability, aesthetics, and timelines • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment • Stay up to date on design trends, tools, and UX/UI best practices What You’ll Need: • 3–5 years of professional experience in graphic design or a related role • Portfolio demonstrating strong visual design and UX/UI work • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and design tools such as Figma or Adobe XD • Solid understanding of layout, typography, color, and user-centered design principles • Experience designing for digital platforms and responsive environments • Basic knowledge of UX research or usability testing • Familiarity with design systems or accessibility standards • Motion graphics or light animation experience Why Join BURST Oral Care? • Opportunity to make a direct impact on the company's success. • Collaborative and inclusive work environment. • Competitive salary and benefits package. • Chance to make a meaningful impact on oral health and wellness.
