We’re looking for a Tax Assistant to support our Director of Tax and help deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for the families we serve. What You’ll Do - Assist the Director of Tax with day-to-day operations, organization, and project tracking. - Prepare and organize client tax documents, engagement letters, and digital filing packets. - Coordinate e-signatures, client communications, and follow-ups to ensure an A+ client experience. - Maintain accurate records and help manage workflow across the team—keeping deadlines on track. - Communicate professionally and promptly with clients and internal advisors. - Identify opportunities to improve processes and client service. What You Bring - Experience in tax preparation, accounting, or financial administration preferred (but not required). - Strong organizational skills and comfort working with digital files and tracking systems. - A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs, spot issues early, and find solutions. - Excellent communication and attention to detail. - A team-first attitude and desire to grow in a firm that values learning and mentorship.
