Position Summary The Warehouse / Logistics Manager has overall responsibility for the daily support of both construction and service operations. This role requires a hands-on leader who can balance strategy with execution, ensuring compliance with company standards while driving efficiencies, profitability, and safe practices. Key Responsibilities • Provide leadership, guidance, and support to warehouse and logistics personnel. • Direct and manage support operations to achieve financial and operational goals. • Assist in developing forecasts and implementing strategic plans aligned with company objectives. • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and safe performance. • Lead warehouse operations with a results-oriented, process-improvement focus. • Partner with leadership on budgeting for company vehicles, tools, and safety equipment. • Maintain strong communication across departments to ensure alignment. Qualifications & Skills • Bachelor?s degree in Construction Management, Business, or related field preferred. • 6+ years of general management experience (HVAC or related industry preferred). • Demonstrated leadership in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. • Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills. • Experience streamlining warehouse/logistics operations. • 3+ years of buying/purchasing experience with pipe, valves, and fittings. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
