ServiceNow BCM / IRM Configuration Specialist (Contract | Remote) We’re hiring a ServiceNow BCM / IRM Configuration Specialist to support an internal ITSM and Business Continuity team for a Texas-based organization. This is a hands-on configuration/support role (not a BCM program lead) for someone who enjoys building, configuring, and improving ServiceNow capabilities in an internal environment. What you’ll do • Configure and support ServiceNow IRM / GRC • Configure the ServiceNow BCM module, including: • Business Impact Analysis (BIA) • Continuity plans • Workflows and process automation • Build and enhance workflow automation using Flow Designer • Create/maintain basic reporting and dashboards • Partner with internal stakeholders to troubleshoot, refine requirements, and deliver improvements Required qualifications • 4–6+ years of ServiceNow experience • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow IRM / GRC • Direct, hands-on experience configuring ServiceNow BCM • ServiceNow CSA required • CIS-BCM strongly preferred (or equivalent BCM module experience) Engagement details • Contract • Fully remote (supporting a Texas-based organization) Work authorization • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States for any employer. • Sponsorship is not available for this role.
