Director - Accounting This is an excellent opportunity for a professional who thrives in a leadership role while remaining hands-on in day-to-day operations. Position Overview • Lead the company's financial accounting and reporting functions • Oversee the preparation and review of financial statements in accordance with GAAP. • Serve as the primary liaison with external auditors on financial reporting and accounting matters. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance reporting accuracy, efficiency, and scalability. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. • Active CPA required. • 15+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 5+ years in a leadership role. • Deep knowledge of GAAP and experience with complex accounting matters. • Strong technical skills, including advanced Excel and ERP system experience. • Proven ability to lead, coach, and mentor accounting teams. • Collaborative mindset with the ability to partner effectively across business functions.
