I’m partnering with a rapidly growing organization in the energy manufacturing space seeking a business-minded In-House Counsel to support commercial operations, supply chain activities, and regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote opportunity with high visibility across the organization. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys being close to the business, solving real-world problems, and working cross-functionally — not just reviewing documents in a silo. What You’ll Be Doing: • Negotiating and drafting commercial agreements (MSAs, supply agreements, NDAs, logistics contracts, etc.) • Advising on trade, tariff, customs, and import compliance matters • Supporting manufacturing, supply chain, and distribution operations • Providing guidance on regulatory requirements, certifications, and incentive-related compliance • Managing matters currently handled by outside counsel • Coordinating with external counsel on specialized issues • Supporting intellectual property considerations What They’re Looking For: • JD + active U.S. bar admission • Approximately 3+ years of relevant legal experience • Prior in-house experience preferred • Experience in manufacturing, energy, or complex supply chain environments strongly desired • Practical, solutions-oriented mindset with strong business acumen • Intellectual Property experience is a plus WDHOU51 Remote About the Company: Burnett Specialists
