Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Burlingame, CA, for a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT)/Veterinary Assistant (VA) and Customer Service Representative (CSR). The role involves assisting veterinarians in providing exceptional medical care for animals, supporting clinical tasks, and maintaining a welcoming environment for clients. Responsibilities include client communication, assisting with examinations and treatments, maintaining patient records, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction, and addressing inquiries to enhance the overall customer experience. Qualifications • Proficiency in Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction, with a demonstrated ability to address client needs effectively. • Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Experience to foster positive interactions and build client relationships. • Effective communication and organizational abilities to ensure accurate record-keeping and seamless operations. • Previous experience in a veterinary setting, including familiarity with assisting in animal care, is preferred. • Certification as a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) or relevant experience as a Veterinary Assistant (VA) is highly desirable. • Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
